Zusammenfassung

Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead for a fully remote role serving a U.S.-based higher education marketing agency. You will guide technical SEO across a portfolio of partner accounts, conduct audits, and write developer-ready specs while building Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production.

You will collaborate with the SEO Lead and support the Executive Director of SEO, owning outcomes across multiple sites and driving scalable systems for SEO delivery

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Track record of identifying high-impact issues and fixing them
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong working knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, redirects, and schema
• Advanced experience with Claude, building agents and AI-assisted workflows
• Clear written communication suitable for specs and client presentations
• Comfort owning outcomes across many accounts simultaneously

Aufgaben

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts
• Run technical audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and broken links
• Prioritize issues by impact and defend decisions
• Write dev-ready specs for web developers and client teams, and verify fixes
• Handle light WordPress implementation: titles, meta descriptions, redirects, and schema via Yoast or Rank Math
• Monitor Google Search Console and GA4 to catch drops and indexing problems
• Own technical readiness for AI search (AEO/GEO) including structured data and entity optimization
• Build scalable systems for the SEO service
• Design and build Claude-based tools, agents, and workflows for audits, reporting, and QA
• Create content production systems turning briefs into draft content
• Translate standards into reusable systems
• Integrate Search Console, GA4, crawl exports, Ahrefs/Semrush into workflows
• Document systems, train team, measure time saved and results
• Support team and client success
• Be the go-to resource for technical questions
• Join client calls for deep technical topics with SEO Lead
• Evaluate emerging search technologies and suggest new tools and processes
