Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to translate technical info into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Building relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Delivering technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis.
• Collaborating with operations and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Supporting tenders, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintaining opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensuring compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
