Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators, and showcase technical value through presentations and analyses.

The role requires deep drilling know-how, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong wellbore data interpretation, KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins like Vaca Muerta.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, etc.).
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with ops, engineering and product lines for service quality.
