atomic HR is seeking an entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage candidates for marketing and creative roles across LATAM from a fully remote setup. The role targets US startups and agencies, with part-time hours and overlap with US time zones.

No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side, using a modern stack and AI tools to scale outreach and messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
• Resourcefulness: quick to learn new tools and tactics without scripts.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume with personal touch.
• Track what's working and adjust strategies when needed.
