atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to identify and engage LATAM candidates for US startups and agencies. This fully remote, part-time role supports growth and learning while you develop outbound skills.

You’ll craft outreach, test messages, and build a candidate pipeline using AI tools. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side and scale your impact.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.

• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversation.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approaches based on data.
