atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to source marketing and creative roles for US startups and agencies. You’ll research audiences, craft messages that prompt replies, and post roles so the right people apply.

No recruiting experience needed; you’ll be mentored and use a dedicated sourcing platform and AI to scale. This is a fully remote, Latin America–based, part-time role with 20‑30 hours weekly, overlapping US hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with ability to personalize outreach.
• Curiosity and drive to learn across roles and industries.
• Resourceful with new tools, self-starter.
• Strong organization to manage pipelines and follow up.
• Ability to test and adjust based on data.

Responsibilities

• Research each role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write personalized outreach and test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post roles to reach the right candidates and improve visibility.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversations.
• Keep pipeline organized and follow up to prevent drop-offs.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes with personalization.
• Track performance and adjust approach based on results.
