You will write personalized outreach, post roles, review applicants, and maintain an organized pipeline with mentorship as you learn the talent side.

No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored and equipped with a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your outreach and improve response

• Research audiences and write outreach that converts.
• Strong written English and human-like outreach to strangers.
• Curiosity and a real drive to learn.
• Organization to keep pipelines clean.

Responsibilities

• Research each role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up with candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with personalization.
• Track results and adjust approach based on data.
