Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation or marketing is a plus.
• Ability to personalize outreach to strangers and write human-sounding messages.
• Familiarity with testing outreach and optimizing reply rates.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach messages, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles to attract the right candidates.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the candidate pipeline organized and follow up to prevent gaps.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to scale outreach while maintaining personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust approaches based on data.
