No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side, using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your outreach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personal touch.
• Track results and adapt strategies based on data.
