atomic HR is a recruiting startup enabling Latin America talent to land remote roles with US and Canada startups and marketing agencies. This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) sits on an internal team and will mentor learning the talent side with dedicated sourcing tools and AI.

You'll build audiences, write outreach, post roles, and shortlist candidates, all while maintaining organized pipelines and meeting response targets.

Qualifications

Curiosity and drive to learn are essential as every role is a new puzzle.
Strong written English to reach candidates effectively.
Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems without scripts.
Excellent organization to keep pipelines clean and follow up.
Self-motivation to chase numbers and meet goals.
Comfort with basic metrics and testing approaches.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
Write personalized outreach and test subject lines to improve replies.
Post roles so the right people see them and applications come in.
Review applicants and shortlist candidates for next steps.
Keep the talent pipeline organized and maintain timely follow-ups.
Leverage AI/sourcing tools to handle high volume while preserving personal touch.
Track performance and adjust strategies based on results.
