atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping Latin America talents land remote roles with US and Canada startups and agencies. This entry-level Talent Lead Gen Specialist will research roles, craft personalized outreach, and manage a growing candidate pipeline using AI tools at scale.

You'll be mentored while you learn the talent side, and you'll use a dedicated sourcing platform to reach out to qualified candidates, with weekly USD payments as a contractor.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and ability to write to a stranger naturally.
• Resourcefulness: pick up new tools and figure things out independently.
• Strong organization to keep pipelines clean.

Responsibilities

• Research each role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write personalized outreach and test subject lines to improve replies.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right candidates.
• Review applicants and shortlist those to interview.
• Maintain a clean candidate pipeline and follow up to keep momentum.
