atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to source candidates for US startups and marketing agencies. This fully remote LATAM role is part-time to start, with USD weekly pay and mentorship.

You will research roles, craft personalized outreach, post jobs, review applicants, and keep the pipeline organized, using AI tools to scale while preserving a human touch. No recruiting background required; curiosity, strong written English, and target drive matter, with growth
