• Strong written English and ability to write to strangers like a human.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
• Organization and follow-through to keep pipelines clean.
• Ability to work across roles and industries.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand ideal candidates and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track what’s working and adjust your approach when numbers say so.
