The role requires over 10 years in Directional Drilling and related tools, with a focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and compliant commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
