Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, Argentina. You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver technical presentations, and ensure service value through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and related tools, with a focus on converting opportunities into long‑term contracts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling or related BHA optimization.
• Proven ability to drive full sales cycles with technical customers.
• Strong interpretation of wellbore data and drilling KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospect, scope, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Present technical value and differentiate service offerings.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, forecasts and customer intelligence.
