Job summary

IVCi is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive AV sales with enterprise customers. You will develop long-term relationships with senior executives and stakeholders, understand each client’s technology footprint, and identify opportunities to grow strategic accounts.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate across departments, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to win new business and upsell IVCi services.

Qualifications

• 5 years of AV selling experience.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with AV installation or events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales bookings.
• Generate leads via proactive prospecting and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Promote IVCi products and services.
• Present solutions to customers and executives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Marketing and Sales.
