Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Sr Web Analyst for a remote role with a leading education-focused marketing agency. You will own web analytics and pixel deployment, ensuring accurate data collection from client websites through GTM and server-side tagging, across all paid media platforms and CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in marketing/agency environments.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL tools.
• GA4 experience with event configuration and debugging.
• Proficiency in GTM, data layers, and server-side tagging for multi-client setups.
• Strong knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environments in GTM; implement server-side tagging where beneficial.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat) including CAPI.
• Audit and debug tags, events, and data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain data privacy compliance and consent configurations across client sites.
• Document tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists for enablement.
