Atomic HR seeks a Senior Web Analyst to own end-to-end data ingestion, CRM connections, and the warehouse architecture. You'll build modular pipelines in dbt/Dataform, connect Adverity pipelines, and deliver Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education and nonprofit partners.

The role emphasizes data quality, scalable architectures, and cross-team collaboration, with remote, async-friendly work and significant ownership in a scaling analytics function.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or a comparable ETL platform.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, managing modular SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing metrics and paid platform schemas, with looker performance focus.
• Proficiency with Git and multi-client data environments with data segregation.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media platforms into Adverity and custom connectors.
• Own CRM integration to ensure lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas and cost-aware storage.
• Own transformation & mapping using modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with naming conventions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines for robust releases and data segregation across clients.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks, and flag data risks to leadership.
