Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to join its Data and Analytics team. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture, ensuring airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

The role involves GTM management, server-side tagging, and cross-platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will also lead QA, data integrity, and privacy compliance, coordinating with Paid Media and Web Services to validate campaigns before launch.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and CAPI for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom script implementation.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms.
• An analytical, solution-driven mindset with strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Education/education system marketing experience is a plus
