Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics & pixel deployment architecture across multi-client environments, focusing on education and nonprofit partnerships.

You’ll implement tracking with Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot setup issues across paid media platforms, and ensure airtight data collection from click to CRM entry, while aligning with GDPR/CCPA requirements. Remote, async-friendly team with high-visibility impact.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing or agency environment.
• GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms with Pixel and CAPI.
• GA4 event configuration, key events, and DebugView proficiency.
• HTML/CSS selectors and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting; GTM Preview mode and browser tools.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management platforms; privacy compliance.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with ability to translate technical tracking concepts for non-technical audiences; education marketing experience valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment across multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client websites; verify events in GA4 and platform Managers.
• Own data privacy compliance and consent banner configurations.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement with tagging plans and QA checklists.
