Job summary

Atomic HR seeks a Senior Web Analyst to centralize data across paid media, CRM, and analytics workflows. You will own ingestion pipelines, data warehousing in BigQuery, and modular dbt/Dataform transformations for multiple education and nonprofit clients.

You will build reliable integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot), optimize Looker Studio dashboards, and drive data quality with automated tests. This role supports rapid scaling of partner programs in a remote, async team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in a marketing or agency setting.
• Experience configuring data streams and transformations in Adverity or equivalent ETL tools.
• Strong SQL, with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, with modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and Looker Studio performance.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture — connect and maintain API pipelines from paid media platforms into Adverity, and build custom Python connectors.
• Own CRM integration — maintain CRM data connections so lead and enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse — design scalable BigQuery schemas, manage partitioning and storage to control cost.
• Own transformation & mapping — build SQL schemas mapping multi-channel data in dbt/Dataform pipelines.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation — maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer — create clean data views for Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports.
• Drive data quality — monitor pipelines, resolve API breaks, and flag data quality risks.
