Atomic HR is partnering with its education and nonprofit clients to hire a Web Analyst who will own the tagging architecture, data layer, and analytics stack across multiple sites. You’ll implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, configure Conversion API integrations, and ensure data accuracy from clicks to CRM entries.

You’ll work with the Data & Analytics team to maintain data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and advocate privacy-compliant tracking practices across platforms.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build and maintain data layers; manage GTM container structure across multi-client environments.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect website activity to paid ad platforms using browser pixels and CAPI; configure events for reporting and optimization.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit broken tags, dropped events, and data discrepancies; run tag health audits.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie consent banners and consent mode; align with GDPR, CCPA and privacy regulations.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans and QA checklists; document tracking setups for internal teams.
