Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Web Analyst to own web analytics and pixel deployment across education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot across paid platforms, and ensure airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You will lead tag management, conversion tracking, QA, privacy compliance, and documentation, enabling reliable reporting and scalable insights for multi-client campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing or agency.
• Experience configuring GTM containers and data layer implementation.
• GA4 experience with event configuration and DebugView.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager (native templates and Custom HTML).
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect website activity to paid ad platforms using pixels and CAPI; configure events for reporting and optimization.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit broken tags, data discrepancies, and verify events in GA4/Events Managers.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie consent banners and ensure tracking aligns with privacy regulations.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
