Job summary

Education Marketing Agency is seeking a Sr Web Analyst/Data Engineer to lead the data engineering stack for education-focused marketing partners. You will own end-to-end data ingestion from paid media and CRM, design scalable pipelines in Adverity and BigQuery, and build modular dbt/Dataform transformations to feed Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing/agency
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms
• SQL skills with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning, and modeling
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform pipelines
• Python for custom API connections and automation
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC and marketing platform schemas

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture for paid media and CRM data
• Own CRM integration and ensure clean data flows into the warehouse
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with efficient schemas and cost controls
• Own transformation & mapping using modular dbt/Dataform pipelines
• Own CI/CD pipelines and data segregation across multi-client environments
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and Sheets reports
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and automated testing
