Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Web Analyst for a remote role in education marketing. You will own web analytics and pixel deployment, ensuring airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry across multiple clients.

You’ll implement tracking via GTM, configure events across major ad platforms, and maintain data layers, data quality, and privacy compliance to support fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in marketing or agency environments.
• Experience configuring datastreams and destinations in ETL platforms (Adverity, Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel).
• Strong SQL with BigQuery transformation and modeling experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom APIs and automation.
• CRM data flows with Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Understanding marketing metrics and paid platform schemas for Looker Studio performance.
• Git and multi-client data environment management with strict data segregation.
• Analytical, growth-oriented communicator who can explain complex data to non-technical audiences, education marketing valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment and data layers across multi-client GTM setup.
• Configure conversion tracking across major platforms including CAPI for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat.
• Audit and debug tags, fix data discrepancies across websites, GA4, and CRM.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance and consent management in tracking.
• Document tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
• Translate business requirements into tracking solutions for client teams.
