Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics and pixel deployment for a growing marketing agency focused on education and nonprofit clients. You’ll implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot across paid platforms, and ensure airtight data from first click to CRM entry.

You will manage tag deployment, data layers, conversions, and privacy controls, collaborating with Paid Media and Web Services to keep campaigns measurable and reports trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate GTM containers, triggers, variables creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 familiar with event configuration and DebugView.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment, and data layers across a multi-client environment.
• Configure conversion tracking and integrations with paid media platforms; implement events for leads, applications, and inquiries.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity to resolve discrepancies across ad platforms, GA4, and CRM.
• Ensure privacy compliance and consent controls across client sites.
• Produce tagging plans, naming conventions, and documentation for cross-team use.
