Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own tag management, conversion tracking, and data integrity across client websites. You will deploy pixels via Google Tag Manager, configure GA4 events, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance while partnering with Paid Media and Web Services teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience: event configuration, key events, DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS selectors and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and scripting.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management in tracking.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with strong communication; education marketing exp is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environment via GTM.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration with ad platforms using Pixels and CAPI.
• QA, debugging and data integrity checks across client sites and platforms.
• Maintain privacy-compliant tracking and consent configurations.
• Create documentation and enable cross-team understanding of tracking setups.
