Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role. The candidate will support US-based customers in the construction SaaS space, handling calls, troubleshooting, and platform demonstrations.

A strong analytical mindset and experience with SaaS tools are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, English fluency, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or technical support.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with software platforms and SaaS products.
• Experience delivering live platform demos or walkthroughs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Proactive ownership mindset when handling customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, and solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot issues related to platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, permit filings, and general software usage.
• Guide customers step by step through platform features, workflows, and processes to help them resolve issues independently.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to introduce customers to key features.
• Investigate problems by analyzing information, identifying root causes, and determining best course of action.
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Follow up with customers to confirm solutions are working and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM.
