SupportYourApp is hiring a Technical Support Representative for a 100% remote role focused on our SaaS platform used by construction contractors across the U.S. You will handle phone-based support, guide customers through features, and perform live demonstrations to help users adopt the software.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong English fluency, and a proactive, analytical mindset to resolve issues and improve the customer experience with CRM
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Experience supporting software platforms or SaaS products.
- Experience delivering platform demos or training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and filings.
- Guide customers through features and workflows with demos.
- Investigate issues and identify root causes.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
- Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases when needed.
