Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S. This is a 100% remote Technical Support Representative role serving contractors across multiple states.

You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot platform issues, guide customers through features, and conduct demonstrations to ensure smooth workflows while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service or tech support.
• Full professional fluency in English.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or other technology-based tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or onboarding sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; root-cause focus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and file uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows with demos.
• Investigate issues and determine root causes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction.
