The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or technical support, strong English skills, and experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools. This is a fully remote opportunity with growth potential and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or technical support, preferably phone-based.
• Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms or CRM tools.
• Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Tech-minded with willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proactive ownership when addressing customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform issues including account setup and document uploads.
• Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
• Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine action plan.
• Own customer issues from contact to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Follow up to ensure solutions work and customer satisfaction is maintained.
