Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company to hire a Technical Support Representative for 100% remote work. You will assist construction-related contractors with platform navigation, demos, and issue resolution, while maintaining strong customer relationships and documenting steps in the CRM.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
• Full professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or related tools.
• Experience delivering live platform demos, onboarding sessions, or customer training is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Tech-savvy mindset, willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
• Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, document uploads, and permit filings.
• Guide customers through platform features, workflows, and processes with clear explanations.
• Conduct platform demonstrations to familiarize customers with key features.
• Investigate issues by analyzing information and determining best actions; take ownership from contact to resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure solutions work and satisfaction remains high.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM.
