Qualifications

- Experience delivering platform demos or walkthroughs for customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with multiple tools.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely support.
- Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, and document uploads.
- Guide customers through platform features and workflows.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, determine action plan.
- Take ownership from contact to resolution and follow up for satisfaction.
