AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to manage devices, access, and IT support for a remote-first team, including security and compliance tasks. Responsibilities include device lifecycle management, user provisioning, and endpoint security.

Strong experience with Jira Service Desk and Google Workspace is required, along with 4+ years in IT support and upper-intermediate English. The role offers remote work with flexible schedules and opportunities to impact security practices

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support, systems administration or IT operations.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred).
• 3+ years of Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years of endpoint security experience.
• Experience with IT service management and Jira Service Desk.
• Strong access management and identity governance experience.
• Ability to lead IT initiatives and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Strong project management and multi-priority execution.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Device & Asset Management: manage laptop lifecycle using Rippling; asset inventory; deploy image with security controls; coordinate shipping for remote teams; handle repairs and replacements.
• User Support & Access Management: process access requests via Jira Service Desk; onboard/offboard users; password resets; maintain directories and access controls; provide guidance and support.
• General IT Support: deploy and monitor SentinelOne; implement security policies; monitor alerts; assist security audits; ensure data access controls and data inventory for compliance; support policy reviews and retention.
• Process Improvement & Automation: drive IT tasks; automate workflows; maintain IT procedures; participate in incident response and continuity planning; track IT metrics; report trends; identify recurring issues and prioritize improvements.
