Agileengine is seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to manage device lifecycle, access, and endpoint security for a remote-first organization. The role focuses on onboarding/offboarding, deploying security tools, and building self-service resources to reduce requests.

Strong Google Workspace, Jira Service Desk, and English communication are essential. You will handle device provisioning and inventory, manage access controls, and support users across multiple time zones while driving IT process

Formación

• 4+ years in IT support or similar roles.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred).
• 3+ years of Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years with endpoint security solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Manage device lifecycle from procurement to retirement, across a remote-first team.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and password resets.
• Deploy and monitor SentinelOne across endpoints and enforce security policies.
• Maintain internal IT knowledge base, self-service portals, and FAQs to reduce requests.
• Provide multi-timezone IT support with defined SLAs and KPI reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automate routine IT tasks.
