AgileEngine is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to manage devices, access, and IT support for a remote-first team, including security and compliance tasks.

Requirements include 4+ years in IT support or similar, 3+ years with device management tools (Rippling preferred; Jamf/Intune acceptable), 3+ years Google Workspace admin, 2+ years endpoint security, and strong access management experience. English at upper-intermediate level; startup/scale-up background desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred; Jamf/Intune ok).
• 3+ years Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years endpoint security (SentinelOne/CrowdStrike).
• Experience with IT service management and Jira Service Desk workflows.
• Strong access management and identity governance skills.
• Proven ability to lead IT initiatives and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication; ability to mentor non-technical staff.
• Strong project management; manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced startups.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Device & Asset Management: manage laptop lifecycle with Rippling; maintain asset inventory; deploy images with security controls; coordinate shipping; handle repairs.
• User Support & Access Management: process access requests via Jira Service Desk; onboarding/offboarding; password resets; maintain directories; provide guidance; support across time zones; build knowledge base; create guides; identify pain points; run IT satisfaction surveys.
• General IT Support: deploy and manage SentinelOne; implement security policies; monitor security alerts; assist with audits; enforce data access controls; maintain data inventory and compliance records; support data security projects; manage tool integrations; run phishing simulations; keep team informed.
• Process Improvement & Automation: drive IT task completion; identify automation opportunities; document procedures; participate in incident response and business continuity; track IT metrics; report to leadership; prioritize recurring issues.
