AgileEngine, a remote-first tech company, seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to manage devices, access, and IT support across a distributed team, with a strong focus on security and compliance. • 4+ years of IT support, systems administration, or IT operations experience.
• 3+ years with device management platforms (Rippling preferred; Jamf/Intune or similar acceptable).
• 3+ years of Google Workspace administration.
• 2+ years with endpoint security solutions (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or similar).
• Experience with IT service management principles and Jira Service Desk workflows.
• Strong access management, identity governance, and user lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Device & Asset Management: manage end-to-end laptop lifecycle using Rippling, inventory tracking, image deployment, and logistics.
• User Support & Access Management: process access requests via Jira Service Desk, onboarding/offboarding, password resets, and directory maintenance.
• General IT Support: deploy & monitor SentinelOne, enforce security policies, assist with audits, and improve data security policies.
