Job summary

Coalfire in Argentina is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our on-site team in Las Cañitas. You will tackle Windows 11 and macOS support, manage devices with Intune/Jamf, and assist with Microsoft 365 applications while ensuring security and reliability across the local office.

You will collaborate with facilities and vendors, participate in after-hours support when required, and help maintain asset inventories and documentation for the data closets and network infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Help Desk/Desktop Support role in a corporate environment.
• Experience with Windows 11 and latest macOS versions.
• Experience enrolling/configuring/deploying devices with MDM tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to end-user IT tickets and provide Tier 2 desktop support.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Manage devices with Intune/Jamf, handle device enrollment and deployment.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, asset inventory, and secure disposal.
