Job summary

Coalfire is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Las Cañitas office in Argentina. The role focuses on end-user IT support for Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365, with hands-on hardware repair, asset management, and device provisioning using Intune and Jamf.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience, strong English and Spanish communication, and the ability to work onsite in Argentina. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Help Desk or IT Support in multi-site env.
• Experience with Windows 11 and current macOS versions.
• Hands-on desktop hardware and peripherals support.
• Familiar with Intune/Jamf for device management.
• Basic AD and Entra ID administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end user IT tickets promptly.
• Provide support for Windows 11 and macOS, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage devices via Intune, Jamf, and Entra ID provisioning.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Assist with hardware diagnostics and asset inventory.
• Participate in after-hours support rotations and travel as needed.
