Coalfire is seeking an IT Support professional to join our in-office team in Las Cañitas, Argentina. You will handle end-user IT tickets, provide Windows 11 and macOS support, and manage devices using Intune and Jamf. The role involves on-site work, data closet tasks, and after-hours rotations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD, and Office 365, with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. An associate degree in IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Help Desk/Desktop Support or IT Support.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Intune, Jamf, or equivalent device management.
• Basic AD/Entra ID/Azure AD administration experience.
• Experience with Office 365 and remote support tools.
• Experience with rack-and-stack in data closets and MDFs.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve inbound end-user IT tickets promptly.
• Provide Windows/macOS support and hardware troubleshooting.
• Manage endpoints with Intune/Jamf and ensure device enrollment.
• Assist with Azure AD/Entra ID administration and access management.
• Support network closets, IDFs/MDFs, and cabling-related tasks.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation and on-site travel as needed.
