Job summary

Coalfire is seeking an on-site IT Help Desk professional for our Las Cañitas office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role will resolve end-user tickets, support Windows 11 and macOS, and manage device enrollment using Intune and Jamf, plus assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD tasks.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience, strong communication in English and Spanish, and the ability to travel to office locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Help Desk or IT Support role in enterprise or multi-site environments.
• Experience providing Tier 2 desktop support for Windows 11 and macOS.
• Experience with endpoint management and provisioning tools (Intune, Jamf).

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inbound end-user IT tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide support for Windows 11, macOS, and peripheral devices.
• Manage device enrollment and configuration with Intune/Jamf; assist with Microsoft 365 issues.
