Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inbound end-user support tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide support for Windows 11 and macOS; troubleshoot devices and peripherals.
• Assist with enrollment, configuration, and deployment of devices; manage Microsoft 365 apps.
