Job summary

Coalfire is seeking an onsite IT Support professional in Las Cañitas, Argentina. The role focuses on Tier 2 desktop support for Windows 11 and macOS, plus endpoint management using Intune and Jamf.

You will assist with device enrollment, configuration, and deployment, while coordinating with facilities for data closet maintenance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in enterprise IT support, strong English/Spanish, and experience with AD administration and Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Help Desk or IT Support in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with Windows 11 and current macOS versions.
• Experience with endpoint management and basic AD administration.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user IT tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide hardware diagnostics, asset inventory, and device disposal.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and Entra ID/Azure AD administration.
• Assist with rack-and-stack, cabling, and data closet maintenance.
