Job summary

Coalfire is seeking an IT Support Analyst for its Las Cañitas office in Argentina. The role focuses on end-user support for Windows 11, macOS, and office devices, with hands-on hardware and network troubleshooting.

You'll manage endpoint provisioning via Intune or Jamf, assist with enrollment and deployment, and support Microsoft 365 apps. A technical diploma or associate degree is preferred, with travel to office sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Help Desk or IT Support role in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with Windows 11 and current macOS versions.
• Experience with endpoint provisioning and device enrollment.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Entra ID/Azure AD and Office 365 admin tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end user IT tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide support for Windows 11, macOS, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoints and provisioning using Intune or Jamf.
• Assist with device enrollment, configuration, and deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Perform basic AD and Entra ID administration tasks.
• Assist with data closets, IDFs/MDFs, and structured cabling tasks as needed.
• Participate in after-hours support rotation and travel to office locations.
