Zusammenfassung

Coalfire is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join onsite in Las Cañitas, Argentina. You will handle end-user IT tickets, support Windows 11 and macOS devices, and assist with device enrollment and configuration.

The role requires hands-on experience with endpoint management, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD administration. As part of a collaborative team, you will resolve hardware issues, manage asset inventory, and support conference equipment and peripherals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience resolving end-user IT issues on Windows 11 and macOS.
• Familiarity with device provisioning and endpoint management tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Aufgaben

• Respond to and resolve inbound IT end-user tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide support for Windows 11 and current macOS versions.
• Troubleshoot laptops, docking stations, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and conference equipment.
• Manage endpoints with Intune, Jamf or equivalent provisioning tools.
• Assist with device enrollment, configuration, and deployment.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office).
• Complete basic Entra ID/Azure AD administration.
