Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role in an enterprise or multi-site environment.
• Experience providing Tier 2 desktop support for Windows 11 and current macOS versions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve inbound end-user IT tickets; provide support for Windows 11 and macOS.
• Endpoint management and provisioning using Intune or Jamf.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Teams.
• Hardware diagnostics, asset inventory, and basic disposal.
• Support network and cabling tasks as needed.
