Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a broad range of HR activities across an international team. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across different countries, onboard new hires, manage HR documentation, and contribute to policy design and process improvements. Remote, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with international stakeholders.
• Experience leading recruitment and onboarding across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across countries.
• Design and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage HR records and administration.
• Coordinate employee engagement and performance management.
