Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a wide range of Human Resources activities for our international team. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations across multiple countries.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, design onboarding/offboarding processes, and maintain HR records while partnering with leadership to implement policy improvements and data-driven people decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Advanced English (C1)
• Fluent Spanish (C2)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across countries
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates
