Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own a broad range of HR activities across international teams. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, HR administration, and people operations with a focus on scalable processes.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in HR, strong English (C1) and Spanish (C2) skills, and experience partnering with leadership across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
• Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies to organize HR workflows.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates for experience and cultural fit.
• Prepare and publish accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain HR records.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations.
• Drive performance management and professional development processes.
• Design and optimize HR policies, workflows, and benefits administration.
• Monitor HR metrics and support data-driven decisions.
