Pearster is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across countries.

You will manage HR documentation, onboarding, and employee relations while driving engagement and policy improvements in a globally distributed team. This role offers remote work with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles
• Ability to manage HR processes with agile methodologies
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Lead recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across countries
• Conduct HR interviews and advise on recruitment decisions
• Develop and publish engaging job descriptions
• Design onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain HR records and administrative processes
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employee relations
